on birthdays and going home

now i can breathe.
after a week of dreadful exams and puyatans, i finally have the time to post something here.

next week i'll be celebrating my 19th birthday. i'm a year older na naman. ohmygod. and then a year from now i'll say byebye to my teenage years na.

feeling ko i'm not yet ready to be an adult.
or am i just afraid to be an adult?

i dunno. maybe there are things that will always be hard to leave. like watching cartoons. or eating lots of candies 'till my tooth aches.

but then, i'm not the only person who gets through this. no one's exempted. everyone experiences this. so i guess there's nothing to be afraid of, just something to look forward to..

anyway, ate deth will be going home na on wednesday. after five months of studying web designing in Okinawa, Japan, she'll finally come back to her real home. our family, especially kuya mike and the kids, are really excited. my, we so much miss her! plus, who won't be excited for her padala? i'm looking forward to listening to my iPod na. haha!

she said she wanted kinunot (stingray cooked in coconut milk), adobong buto-buto, biko, and pancit so my mother will be cooking for her on thursday. i'll surely go home early on thursday! ;))
